Your request for an inspection and bond reduction for Old Trail Village Block 15 has
been processed. The road bond is currently at $502,570.00. The bond can be reduced to
$192,050.00 at this time. The public portion cannot be reduced until VDOT provides a punch list
or the road is ready to be accepted into the state system. The private portion can be reduced, but
at this time the road is not completed and therefore only a partial release can be provided. Please
see attached comments regarding the inspection.
