Capacity issues for sewer that may affect this proposal None Known 2. Requires Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority Capacity Certification X* Yes No 3. Water flow or pressure issues that may affect this proposal None Known 4. "Red Flags" regarding service provision (Use attachments if necessary) X** *If the development will have more than 40,000 GPD of wastewater it will require RWSA capacity certification. The ACSA will apply for this during the final site plan stage. ** Due to the inverts on the sewer the only possible connection appears to be an extension from Arden Place Apartment. The invert at the end of the line manhole is listed as 474'. The applicant should ensure that they can provide gravity sewer on site through an extension of the sewer line around the existing detention pond.
