Following the original site plan approval, the property at TM 32-41 L was subdivided into two properties, with TM 32-41L1 being Block C4. (New TM 32-41 L is Block C6). Following the subdivision, Town Properties, LLC purchased TM 32-41 L and L1. After the purchase, a new builder has opted to construct a 20'-wide townhouse product instead of the 21'-wide as shown on the approved site plan. There is no change to the total number of 29 units, but the lots and open space areas have been reconfigured to accommodate the new design. Minor modifications have been made to the landscape plan, but no other changes are proposed. We thank you for taking the time to review these plans.
