Re-establish restaurant business at the former restaurant site at the intersection of State Route 240, State Route
680, US Route 250, and Lickinghole Creek. The building footprint will be 4,000 square feet, similar to a previously
approved Site Plan and the parking lot will inhabit the previously established limits of the former parking lot. The
site is currently a primarily vacant lot used by various agencies for construction vehicle and material storage.
