This letter is to approve a Letter of Revision ("LOR") to the above referenced site plan to remove the
sidewalk and planting strip in front of Lots 12-15 as shown on the physical survey and conceptual plan
dated January 12, 2017.
This LOR is approved based upon the existence of a sidewalk across the street that provides safe and
convenient pedestrian access for the neighborhood and support from the Kenridge Homeowner's
Association for the proposed changes.
This is the 3rd Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before
all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

On behalf of the Kenridge, LLC as requested by the Kenridge Homeowner's Association please find this
Letter of Revision requesting the following proposed changes to Lots 12 through 15 as shown on the
Kenridge Site Plan consisting of 28 sheets as prepared by Collins Engineering dated December 15, 2005.
Existing Conditions: It is an active construction site with four 2 story, 2 car garage units. No sidewalks or
driveway construction observed. Distances from the face of garages to the top back of curb (TBC)vary. For
additional site information see attached physical survey prepared by this office dated January 12, 2017.
Change#1, Driveway Depths:
From Note#1 on Sheet 8 of said plan "All Lot Driveways are minimum 18' in depth, measured from the
back edge of the sidewalk."
Proposed change:
Driveways for Lots 12 through 15 fronting along Colridge Drive be a minimum of 18' in depth, measured
from the back of the curb to the face of garage.
Change#2, Sidewalk, Planting Strip Garden Improvements:
On Sheet 21 of said plan, the Typical Road Section shows a Planting Strip beginning from the back of curb
and extending 6'to the face of a 5'walk. The Garden Improvements shown on Sheet 23 begin from the
back edge of said walk and consists of a Stone Wall, Boxwood Hedges, Flowering Tree, and Ground cover
and extend within the courtyard.
Proposed Change:
The Sidewalk and Planting Strip along Colridge Drive and Eight Woods Lane not to be installed. The
Garden Improvements, as intended, to be installed between the face wall and the residence. Face of wall to
be installed a minimum of 2 feet from the back of curb and lie beyond the existing water meters.
