Therefore, please revise Note A to read: “After combining these parcels into one parcel, the 2.17+/- acre parcel will have one development right and may not be further divided.” 2. Section 14-312 – The boundary of the combined lot is considered a proposed lot line. It looks like the building at the rear of the lot may not meet the six-foot setback for an accessory structure. Can you please confirm this structure meets the required setback?
