The affidavit was re-executed today and I have received a final copy. Nutrient credit agreement has been finalized and it is approved. " Thus I say submit the final site plan is ready for approval. You answered the questions on the phone. But as also discussed the information that was not included in the last submission needs to be added to the architectural packet drawings for them to be complete. It is simply some note changes and additions for missing information and they are likely only on one sheet. Because of this replacing the any sheets with changes is probably enough. So if you wish you could provide me with an updated sheet for any sheet changed in the packet you already gave me. Another set of the site plan will not be needed since none of the remaining comments are associated with it. This is for the final approval of a Major Site Plan Amendment. Therefore we need a final correct set. With previous submissions you were likely working with an Initial Site Plan. In that case you are absolutely correct that there are a list of items that are handled later in the Final Site Plan. Initial Site Plans also normally have a public meeting in front of the ARB. A Major Site Plan Amendment is the equivalent of a Final Site Plan. It is a change to a previously approved site plan. Therefore there is no "initial" stage and no conditional approval of an initial site plan. That is why we need a final and correct set now. As long as we are able to find that the Nationwide Homes submittal meets all of the required guidelines, because it a "structure behind a structure", it will not need to go before the ARB in a public hearing. When an item like this is brought before the ARB in a public meeting it is because the applicant wishes to build something that does not follow the guidelines.
