Dear Ms. Yaniglos:
The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use
Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Williams Enterprises
Incorporated Land Development Design, dated June 20, 2016 and offer the following comments.
Land Use
1. Please show trip generation data based on seats within the church for comparison.
2. Please provide more information on roadside ditch on sheet #05, grading and utility plan.
Upon site visit there appears to be a ditch running alongside the road frontage of subject
parcel.
3. Please show mill and overlay on sheet# 04.
4. Please provide maintenance of traffic on plan sheets, to comply with the Virginia Work
Area Protection Manual.
Please note that the final site plan must show conformance with the VDOT Road Design
Manual Appendices B (1) and F, as well as any other applicable standards, regulations, or
other requirements.

A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
owner/developer must contact the VDOT Charlottesville Residency Land Use Section at (434)
422-9399 for information pertaining to this process
