Land Use 1. Please show trip generation data based on seats within the church for comparison. 2. Please provide more information on roadside ditch on sheet #05, grading and utility plan. Upon site visit there appears to be a ditch running alongside the road frontage of subject parcel. 3. Please show mill and overlay on sheet# 04. 4. Please provide maintenance of traffic on plan sheets, to comply with the Virginia Work Area Protection Manual. Please note that the final site plan must show conformance with the VDOT Road Design Manual Appendices B (1) and F, as well as any other applicable standards, regulations, or other requirements. If further information is desired, please contact Willis C. Bedsaul at 434-422-9866. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
