RE: LETTER OF REVISION — Piedmont Place Site Plan Amendment (SDP 2016-00009)
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the approved Piedmont Place Site Plan
Amendment plan. This plan proposes to slightly modify the shrubs around the building and patio area,
update the building footprint for a modification to the building, and the addition a concrete patio and
wall for the BBQ smokers behind the parking lot.
Attached is the letter of revision which shows the proposed landscaping changes, concrete pad, and
building modification.
This is the first letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three (3) letters of revision are allowed.

This letter serves as acknowledgement and confirmation that I am aware and am comfortable with the
encroachment of the patio from TMP 52A2-1-70 onto my parcel TMP 56A2 -1-71D.
My neighbor, Drew Holzwarth, the owner of TMP 52A2-1-70 has assured me that should I or any
subsequent owner develop my property and want the patio removed, that he would do so within a
