The site impacts result in a reduction of impervious area. Limits of Disturbance is 0.90 Acres. Water Quality: Currently there exists 0.32 acres of manage turf and 0.58 acres of impervious cover within the limits of disturbance. In the proposed condition there will be 0.45 acres of managed turf and 0.45 acres of impervious cover. Per the Virginia Runoff Reduction Redevelopement Spreadsheet,this will require that 0.00 lbs/yr of phosphorous be removed. Water Quantity: There are two major drainage areas on site. One drains to the southeast while the other drains to the northeast. Channel(Energy Balance) and Flood Protection requirements are being satisfied through the reduction of impervious area.
