The plan approving authority must be notified one week prior to the pre -construction conference, one week prior to the commencment of land disturbing activity, and one week prior to the final inspection. 2. The plan approving authority must be notified one week prior to the pre -construction conference, one week prior to the commencment of land disturbing activity, and one week prior to the final inspection. 2.
