We hereby offer resubmittal of the WPO plan for the Crozet WTP additions for your review. The improvements included in this amendment consist of the construction of a new granular activated carbon (GAC) facility and improvements to existing roadway and sidewalk. Minor grading will also take place, but for the most part the new GAC facility and associated roadway will be constructed closely to existing grade. Also, I recommend submitting a circulation path for the entire site. -Michelle Roberge From: Ellie Ray Sent: Friday, April 11, 2014 1:39 PM To: Edwards, Bret Cc: Michelle Roberge Subject: SDP201400014 Crozet Water Treatment Plant- Major Bret, I wanted to follow up on some of the outstanding issues discussed in yesterday's SRC meeting,so here's is what I've found so far: 1. I just sent Fire Rescue comments; I believe that should be the last of all potential reviewers. 2. The underground water meter vault is not subject to building setbacks, but will need to be outside of the undisturbed buffer area. 3. Michelle will send information about, 1)WPO buffer(whether it's shown correctly in GIS),2)Whether waivers will be needed for gravel versus asphalt and no curbing, and 3) If the letter granting authority to develop the parcel gives signatory authority for WPO related documents. I think this covers the remaining questions, please let me know if I've neglected anything.
