You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and illustrated, will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review.
