1. Use of proposed structures shall =nply with permitted uses under
a
"H.Ce zoning.
2. Buildings shall each be one story, 4320 S.F. net. Maxizmn building
height shall be 24'.
3. Site plan data and topographic information taken fraca survey pre-
pared by William S. Roudabush, Inc., dated July 9, 1981, and
revised September 8, 1981.
4. Wtdoor lightliV is to be directed towards the site and away fzaca
adjacent properties and roadways.
5. Trash collection will be made by a private disposal service. Trash
receptacles will be kept in an approved enclosure, with details of
enclosures and locations to be submitted to the Fire Marshall for
approval with building plans.
6. It is intended for separate portions of the buildings to be sold.
7. All now landscaping to be maintair-o—ed ir. healthy condition. All
plantings that should die will be replaced.
8. All areas to be graded or disturbed during construction, and not
designated to receive walks, drives, paths, etc. to be seeded and
maintained in healthy condition.
9. Clearing of existing wooded areas to be confined to the extent
necessary to provide for road R.O.W.'s, easements, parking area
paths, walks and building. All existing trees to remain where
possible. Clearing shall be accomplished as required, in coor-
dination with construct -ion.
10. Walk system is an indication of design intent. Dcact.location and
extent to be shown at larger scale when drawings for each portion
of construction are submitted to Dept. of Building Inspection.
