Based on the view from the Entrance Corridor, the change from smooth to textured finish in the metal panel is consistent with the previous ARB approval, so your Certificate of Appropriateness remains valid. I checked with Keith about the change relative to the building permit, and he said nothing additional was needed. Thanks. Per our discussion, the previously specified 3" insulated smooth metal panels will be going to a slightly textured version of the same panel.
