Dear Mr. Ronayne:
Enclosed please find Waterworks Operation Permit No. 2003336 with Operation Permit Conditions dated January 31,
2017 issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health, Office of Drinking Water. This permit is your
authorization from the State Health Commissioner to operate the subject waterworks located in Albemarle County in
accordance with the Waterworks Regulations. This permit is not transferable. This permit does not suspend, minimize, or
otherwise alter this owner's obligation to comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations or permits.
You will note that the permit indicates that this waterworks has a permitted capacity of service to two existing structures
and a maximum of 35 employees. This limit is based on the maximum capacity of the system and shall not be exceeded.
A Variance to the Waterworks Regulations is included for this waterworks. This Variance allows operation of the
waterworks without metering of total water production, subject to conditions.
As provided by Rule 2A:2 of the Supreme Court of Virginia, you have thirty (30) days from the date you actually received
this permit or the date it was mailed to you, whichever occurred first, within which to appeal this permit by filing a notice
of appeal in accordance with the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia with the State Health Commissioner. In the
event that this permit is served on you by mail, three days are added to that period.
We look forward to your cooperation in the maintenance and operation of this waterworks.
Sincerely,
SteveJ*
