As part of this conveyance, the Grantors, on behalf
of themselves and their successors in title to Lot 4 as shown
on the attached plat, do hereby RELEASE and QUITCLAIM all their
rights to use of the septic tank located on said Lot 5 by virtue
of the above-described instrument of record in Deed Book 265,
page 548, and further RELEASE and QUITCLAIM any and all rights
they may have to use the old road presently crossing the subject
Lot 5.
