In response to your Application for Letter of Zoning Compliance filed with this office on February 1, 2017,
please be advised of the following:
■ The Property is zoned Rural Area ("RA") as defined by the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance (the
"Zoning Ordinance").
■ The location of the Property within the RA zoning district permits by right all of the uses set out in
Chapter 18, Section 10.2.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
■ The property is not subject to any zoning map amendments and conditional use permit, or any proffers.
■ The current uses, occupancy, operation and improvements are in full compliance with all regulations,
codes and rules.
■ All improvements presently on the parcels comply with applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
■ To the best of my knowledge, there are no outstanding zoning violations affecting the Property.
