An exception may be made for cul-de-sacs which have the same name as the road from which they originate (example: "Amberfield Court" which originates from "Amberfield Drive")." Therefore, HUNTLEY DRIVE cannot be approved. A new name will need to be submitted. The applicant should contact this office with a list of three (3) replacement names. A suggestion that keeps "HUNTLEY" could be HUNTLEY FARM DR or a similar name that has a word after HUNTLEY. Please keep in mind, "A road name shall not exceed more than sixteen (16) characters including spaces and the designator's abbreviation." The following comments will need to be addressed before approval: 1. The Forest and Open Space used in the VRRM worksheet will need to be labelled as 'SWM Forest and Open Space' and the area called out (45.48 ac. in the VRRM worksheet). The following note will need to be placed on the plat: "The SWM Forest and Open Space Easement is subject to the guidance set forth by DEQ in the Virginia Stormwater Management Program. The areas will remain undisturbed in a natural, vegetated state, except for activities as approved by the local program authority, such as forest management, control of invasive species, replanting and revegetating, passive recreation (e.g., trails), and limited bush hogging to maintain desired vegetative community (but no more than four times a year)." 2. A Deed of Easement will need to be signed and recorded with the plat. A copy for signatures will be sent once the plat is ready for signatures. [14-302 (A)(4)] Private easements. Drainage easements and stormwater management easements need to be submitted for approval from the County Attorney's office prior to approval of the plat. 2. [14-309; 14-310] Soils information; Health Department approval. Soils work should be submitted for review and approval from the Health Department. 3. [14-317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. A private street maintenance agreement is needed for review and approval from the County Attorney's office prior to approval of the plat. Also, the preservation tract easement will need to be approved. 4. [14-316] Approval of entrance on public streets. VDOT approval is needed for the entrance. Please forward their approval. 5.
