This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The letter of revision
proposes the changes as shown on the attached plans and letter dated 3/3/17.
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This is the second (2nd ) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

RE: LETTER OF REVISION # 2 — Woodlands of Charlottesville Site Plan Amendment (SDP 2007-00051)
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the approved Woodlands of Charlottesville Site
Plan Amendment plan. This plan proposes to modify the phasing plan for the completion of the
apartment buildings. The phasing is broken up into smaller single phases to allow the completion of
each apartment building as the project progresses through construction. In addition, this LOR is
proposing to update the location of the sidewalks and HVAC units around the apartment building units
55 — 60, and updates to the steps and location of the entrances to these buildings. The landscaping has
also been updated to reflect the site changes. Attached is the updated landscaping sheets and summary
of the changes to the landscaping.
Attached is the letter of revision which shows the proposed phasing changes, and modifications to the
sidewalks, steps, landscaping, and HVAC units.
This is the second letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three (3) letters of revision are allowed.
