Culvert inlet protection should be labeled on the inlet of 30" pipe. 2. Silt fence needs to be continued over outlet headwalls of same pipe as fill material allows. The silt fence will need to run up the other side towards the MMT to a point the bottom end is above the lowest point in the top of silt fence. Similar to detail plate 3.05-2 on page III-25 of VESCH. I think the VSMP inspectors can work with them from this plan. Can you show the minor changes and send 4 copies to my attention. Just left a message but thought I'd follow up with an email as sometimes that is easier. I was following up on the Hall Property Grading and erosion control WPO plan approval. Jeremy Lynn (ACSA)and I were discussing this morning the county approval as we have the USACOE permit in hand and wanted to get a finalized agreement in place with Brent Hall.
