The following items are missing and still needed for final review and action by the ARB: 1. Provide site sections and/or perspective views to clarify visibility of rooftop equipment from I64. 2. Submit a comprehensive sign plan and design criteria with the next ARB submittal. Comprehensive sign criteria will need to be approved before final ARB approval is given for the building and site. We cannot proceed with review until the missing items are submitted. Once the missing items are received, we will review and notify you of the new ARB meeting date.
