The Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the improvements described in the letter and shown on the attached exhibit dated July 7, 2016. The current proposal modifies the previously approved site plan by slightly modifying the building footprint and relocating the building closer to Trailside Court. Note to file: Per ZMA2015-3, Block 5 -front setbacks along Trailside Court are 0-25 feet, side setbacks for the building are 0 feet. These setbacks have been met with the proposal. I believe the issues Megan w/inspections brought to my attention have been adequately addressed with the revised exhibit depicting distances from the front, side and rear property lines. This LOR covers the slight relocation of the building and slight modification to the building footprint(it is my understanding that square footages for the building have not changed).
