The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions
may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-208.1 of the Subdivision Ordinance.

0//[Section 14-302(A)(1)] Once the correct acreage being transferred is identified (0.62 acres or 0.64 acres), please
update the acreage shown in the name of the subdivision on Sheet 1 accordingly.
X[Section 14-302(A)(9)] Please add the note required by this section.
X[Section 14-302(A)(10)] Please add a note identifying the development rights remaining on each lot.

Staff has provided references to the County Code. The Code is kept up-to-date by the County Attorney's office and may
be found at www. lbemarle.orv/couniycode.
In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14, if the subdivider fails to submit a revised plat to address
all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, then the application shall be deemed voluntarily
withdrawn.
