To Whom It may Concern:
This letter serves as a summary of proposed changes to Minor Site Plan Amendment SDP 2016-00016 (as
noted on the attached excerpt from the approved site plan):
1. Remove 2 (additional) existing trees (Maple and Dogwood) located within the entrance courtyard.
They are the 2 existing trees on the south side of the courtyard. Note, the 2 existing trees on the
north side of the courtyard were removed as approved on the initial site plan submission.
2. Change the species of the 2 new trees, located to the north of the new addition, from Sargent Cherry
to 1 Eastern Redbud and 1 Kousa Dogwood. The height size, min. 6' — 7', shall be unchanged.
3. Add I Eastern Redbud and 1 Kousa Dogwood trees, 6' — 7' in height, to the south of the southern
canopy. They are to compensate for the existing Maple and Dogwood trees, located within the
courtyard, removed during construction. These additional trees and their location will mirror those
already planned to the north of the northern canopy.
