At this point I have not received any of the required review comments, nor conducted my review. Thus it's not approvable yet. I looked over the deed you attached and I don't believe the County Attorney needs to review this deed as it's a private agreement between Wendell and Mr. Beard and sets the agreement up for the easement between the two parties. What I'd suggest you do in this situation is have Mr. Beard sign the plat and the deed now in the presence of a notary. Once all reviews are in if there are no comments or required changes then we'll move forward and approve the plat he signed; however, if there are required changes you'll need to have those changes made before county approval. If that means he needs to sign again, overnight mailing should be considered. That's my advice. Hope it helps guide you.
