2. Each land area labeled as Parcel will cont,,

Lot for each Living Unit will extend a minie,

minimum of 20 feet to the rear of the Living
Unit, and a minimum of .zero feet to the side
of the Living Unit. All land within the Prince'
boundaries but outside the Lot boundaries

which is defined in the appended Covenants
