With all letters white,the ARB felt that multiple colors for graphics could be approved, as well as internal illumination of graphics, with conditions (see the action below). I need to make sure that the property owner agrees with this change. Do you have contact information for the property owner or property management? Margaret February 21, 2017 ARB Action: a. Timberwood Commons Comprehensive Sign Plan: Graphics colors Motion: Mr. Binsted moved for approval of revision to the Timberwood Commons Comprehensive Sign Plan to allow: 1. multiple colors for graphics,with the total number of colors limited to three (3) per sign, plus black and white, with colors leading to an overall coordinated appearance throughout the building, and 2. internal illumination of graphics if the graphic is fully integrated with the composition of the lettering and the overall sign, and if the scale of the graphic is less than that of the lettering. Mr. Stoner seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 4:0. The CSP calls for letters with white faces. Graphics are allowed, but I want to check in with the ARB about colors for the graphics. It may be that colored graphics are OK, but without illumination.
