The Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the following modifications to SDP2010- 13, which are depicted on the modified site plan sheet titled: "Letter of Revision #2 — Treesdale Park" and described below: 1. Plantings to aid in the screening of the modified/converted stormwater management facility associated with WP02016-42. Associated with this LOR are easements and maintenance agreements approved under SUB2016-234 and recorded in the clerk's office as DB 4873 PG 170. This is the second LOR for this site. This plan proposes landscape screening to be provided between the lots in the Stonewater subdivision and the retention basin. The landscape screening is in accordance with Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, section 32.7.9.7. This landscaping was reviewed by County Engineering Staff prior to this submittal to ensure its compliance with the Stonewater's VSMP plan amendment currently under review. The review of the stormwater management facility is separate from this letter of revision, and the extent of this revision's review is limited to the landscaping. Attached is the letter of revision which shows the proposed landscaping around the pond. This is the second letter of revision for the subject site plan.
