The new easement areas called out in that amendment, as shown on Kirk's plat (A, B, C, D) are, if I understand correctly, solely for the new screening landscaping The parties will maintain the landscaping on their own properties, so no reciprocal easement is needed for landscaping maintenance. Is there where the additional landscaping is proposed? If so, B -D are in conflict with ACSA sewer easements. You filled out TMP 61 A2-01-8, however, it should have been TMP 061 A2-01-00-000BO This typo causing intake to enter it into CV incorrectly, thereby placing the application on the incorrect parcel.
