1) Comparing the LOR to the easement plat it appears 3 shrubs are not covered by an existing or
proposed stormwater management easement. The shrubs are located dust above Lot 22 dust
outside of the existing sanitary easement I suggest you enlarge easement B to cover this area
2) Revise the zoning of TMP 61-182 to list "proffers" are associated with ZMA2004-22

Thank you for the update, Chris Yes, the amendment to the Reciprocal Easement/SWM Agreement serves to address
both maintenance of the (new) landscape easements and expansion of the SWM maintenance easements.
The new easement areas called out in that amendment, as shown on Kirk's plat (A, B, C, D) are, if I understand correctly,
solely for the new screening landscaping The parties will maintain the landscaping on their own properties, so no
reciprocal easement is needed for landscaping maintenance. However, I amended the reciprocal easernent deed to
expand the reciprocal easement areas to include those areas, as the County requested, as Kirk pointed out, it will be
easier for the parties to access the SWM facility over the reciprocal easements if expanded

The above referenced plat is being considered for approval by this office Additional stormwater
management facility easements (A -D) are being platted. These easements will contain landscaping used
to screen the stormwater facility from adjacent residential lots. The plantings are depicted on an
amendment to the Treesdale site plan but also need to be covered by an easement. Attached is a
maintenance agreement for these additional easements.

The plat is intended to record/plat new easements for landscaping purposes There will be plantings in these
areas Attached is the LOR for landscaping changes to the Treesdale site plan that are associated with this plat
I'm not sure why you were not sent the LOR for review I suspect it was a mix of two things. A) I was in and
out of the office every other week on paternity leave when this was distributed and I may have been in a rush
and overlooked you and B) The plantings are not located on any ACSA easements, but rather just outside
Below I have provided a scanned copy of the LOR depicting the plantings It takes some time to upload. If it

I am reviewing the above referenced plat It appears that they are creating 4 new parcels or easements (A, B, C & D). Is
there where the additional landscaping is proposed? If so, B -D are in conflict with ACSA sewer easements. Please
confirm the intent of this plat because it is hard to follow what they are trying to accomplish with the plat. Thanks.

I looked into your inquiry Seems as though you filled out the subject TMP incorrectly on the application. You
filled out TMP 61 A2-01-8, however, it should have been TMP 061 A2-01-00-000BO This typo causing intake
to enter it into CV incorrectly, thereby placing the application on the incorrect parcel. By CC of this email I'm
requesting intake correct this in CV. Hope this helps.
