(VDOT) Sent: Wednesday, March 22, 2017 9:37 AM To: Gwen Lacy Subject: RE: Henley LP Good Morning Gwen, I have field reviewed the existing entrance between Parcel A and B that is noted as a 50' right of way which is approved for continued use to access the existing back parcel and can be used to also access Parcel A and B as well. This entrance has 600' plus sight distance in each direction which is more than required for a moderate use commercial entrance if needed for shared use. Parcel A and B have also been approved for a separate private use entrance along the frontage that will meet VDOT requirements as well if needed and will require a VDOT permit prior to starting construction of any of these entrances. Parcel C has a VDOT approved location for a private entrance along the frontage that will meet all requirements as well and will need a VDOT Permit prior to starting construction of this entrance.
