Thank you for the documentation regarding completion of Old Trail Village — Ashlar Ave. This
bond is currently at the original amount of $454,350. The bond can now be reduced to $91,420.
The total bond can be released upon the road's acceptance into the state system, and the
completion of the punchlist items identified on the attached Subdivision Bond Inspection
Worksheet.

- As Built:
o As built does not match current site conditions. Some items are not constructed that are
presented as completed in As -built. Alternatively, some items are constructed but not
presented on the as built.
o Indicate the difference between standard and brick paver sidewalk area
o Label CG -2 and CG -6 curb areas, also label where ro4top curbing is used. Such as behind
residential areas adjacent to one way street to the southast of Ashlar Ave.
o Provide final pavement design specifications.
o Some signs are not labeled, but are shown as constructed, and are fond to be constructed in the
field.
o Show all proposed pavement markings.
o Some CG -12 ramps are constructed but not presented as constructed in the asbuilt.
- Field Visit
o Landscaping has not been installed along Ashlar Ave. nor along the one way street adjacent to
residential areas to the southeast of Ashlar Ave. (see attached photos)
o A chunk of curb has been damaged/is missing along the parking lot adjacent to the
townhomes. Needs repair. In aldition, there are cracks forming on the rol4top curbing
adjacent to residential areas to the soutleast of Ashlar Ave. (see attached photos A & B)
o Striping was not completed for handicap spaces.(see attached photo C)
o A no parking sign is missing adjacentto the one way street.
o One of the stop signs on the island adjacent to residential area to the northwest of Ashlar Ave
is damaged and will need to be reset. (see attached photo D)
o Cracks forming on CG 12 ramp located southwest of one way street. (see atitched photo E)

o Provide certification of completion
o Provide concrete test reports for structural concrete, curbing, aprons, etc.
o Complete items related to pipe video survey noted in the VDOT checklist.
o Full release contingent on VDOT acceptance.
