MR. ~ARNETT ADVISED THAT THE RESOLUTtON/~OPTED BY THE BOARD AT ITS ~ULY MEETING WOULD HAVE TO
BE RESCINDED DUE TO THE FACT THAT SUCH RESOLUTION GUARANTEED A ~0 FOOT RIGHT OF WAY W~EREAS ONLY A THIRT'

COMPANY WHEREAS LIKE AMOUNT WAS CREDITED THE CROZET FIRE ~ISTRICT AND BILLS PAID TMEOUGH HIS OFFICE FOR
THE CROZET FIRE COMPANY UNTIL FUNDS WERE EXPENDED. HE STATED THAT SINCE A LEVY WAS NO LONGER MADE FOR
THE OROZET FIRE DISTRICT~ HE WOULD RECOMMEND THAT DIRECT PAYMENT IN THESUM OF $1200.00 BE MADE TO THE
