The following revisions are requested to make the proposal consistent with the Entrance Corridor Sign Guidelines. The sign plan must include all of the information required. Include all of the information you have previously submitted and the additional information requested in this letter. The sign plan must include: 1. The type of sign proposed. Specify on the sign plan that this is a "Panel Sign". 2. Whether the signs will be illuminated. Specify on the sign plan that there will be no illumination of the signs. 3. The Pantone equivalent colors. Specify on the sign plan the Pantone equivalent numbers for the colors being utilized. If the Pantone equivalent number is not available submit a color sample. 4. The colors for each portion of the sign. Specify in the "Colors" area of the sign plan, on all three sheets, the background color for the sign. 5. The height of the text. Specify and/or dimension the height for the text for both signs. 6. The length of the wall on which the sign is to be mounted. It is specified on sheets 1 of 3 and 3 of 3 that the frontage is 25'. If this is meant to be the length of the wall on which one of the signs is located, also provide that information for sheet 2 of 3 and the side of the building on which sign Sl will be located. If "frontage" is not meant to be the length of the specific sides of the building, then provided the lengths of both sides of the building on which the two signs will be located. 7. The date of the first submission and the revision dates. Specify the revision date of the resubmission once these modifications have been made and the sign plan is ready for resubmittal. 8. Also, submit the appropriate application fee. There is no Comprehensive Sign Plan (CSP) for this building. Comprehensive Sign Plans are only created for multi -tenant buildings. Therefore, on the Application and Checklist for Sign Permit, the wrong check box was checked for "ARB review" and the required fee was not paid. The first of the check boxes applied to this sign and the fee required is $129. Submit the fee. The fee must be received before the sign can be given ARB review approval. Please respond by email within 15 days of the date of this letter indicating whether you will or will not proceed with these revisions. Your decision to make the revisions will suspend the 60 -day review period associated with your original submittal. If you choose to complete the revisions, please email the revised drawings to me. If you choose not to proceed with these revisions, staff will be unable to approve your application. Failure to respond to this letter shall be presumed to be a request to proceed to action on the application without further revisions. If you have any questions about this action, please contact me as soon as possible. I look forward to receiving your revisions and completing this review with an approval letter.
