IPart C: Description of Proposal
Describe your proposal. Attach a separate sheet if necessary.
Install 6' high chiller on the roof. The location of the chiller will be approximately 700 feet from the front
(Route 29) of the building which in tum is approximately 100 feet from Route 29. The elevation change
from Route 29 to the top of the roof is approximately 40-50 feet. Given the distance of the chiller from
Route 29 and the elevation change, the top of the chiller will not be visible from northbound or
southbound ou e 29.
Part D: Applicant Agreement

• Each application package must contain (8) folded copies of all pians and documents being submitted.
Only (1) set of building material samples is required. All submittal items, including building material
samples, become the property of Albemarle County. Applicants are encouraged to maintain duplicate
copies of all submittal items in their own files.
• Only complete application packages will be scheduled for ARB review. The application package is not
complete without the appropriate checklist, completed, signed, and included with the required submittal
