Dear Mr. Collins,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The letter of revision
proposes the changes as shown on the attached plan and letter dated 3-25-17 and the landscaping changes
required to accomplish it. The requested change, and the landscaping modifications required to support it, are
shown on the two attached graphics.
here are no other changes to the approved Dian proposed.
This is the Second (2"d) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.
Please note that there appears to have been modifications to the site that are not shown on the approved site
plan and therefore the site is not in conformance with the approved plan. The changes to the site will need to be
incorporated into the next minor or major site plan submission.

RE: LETTER OF REVISION # 2 — ACAC Four Seasons Major Amendment (SDP 2002-00137)
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the approved ACAC Four Season Major
Amendment plan. This letter of revision proposes to construct an outdoor wooden deck to an area
adjacent to the existing pool and concrete pool deck and within the existing fenced in area around the
pool. Attached is a plan sheet from the approved site amendment showing the location of the proposed
wooden deck area. The deck will be constructed out of 5/4" x 6" boards with 2"x8" wooden joists, along
with 2"x 10" and 2"x12" support beams.
Attached is the letter of revision exhibit which shows the proposed deck area on the approved major
site plan for the ACAC Four Seasons project.
This is the second letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three (3) letters of revision are allowed.
