Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised Boundary Line Adjustment plat.
The plat has been revised to label the "New Line" and a revised date has been added to the plat.
Once you have had a chance to review the revised plat, please let me know that it is ready for owners

It is true that Helen Evans was enrolled in the ACE program and we had hoped to close on her easement this
December. However, she did not accept our offer price and dropped out of the program. All I know is that she talked
about a boundary line adjustment at the 111h hour and I had told her she needed to do that before she put the land
under easement, not after. Once under easement, we could would not allow such an adjustment unless she made it up
somewhere else — because there can be "no net loss in conservation value" from a boundary line adjustment. I really
don't know much beyond that as I don't have any plats.
If you don't have the determination of development rights, I am attaching it.

Hi Ches,
I was wondering if I could get some input from you regarding a boundary line adjustment plat I am reviewing right now.
am working with Francis on this one, and he was under the impression that one of the parcels that is a subject of the
plat was evaluated for consideration in the ACE program at some point. The BLA is proposing to reduce the acreage of
the parcel, and so we're trying to verify whether this would be an issue or not. The property, TMP 08900-00-00-06300,
which is owned by Helen Evans and located off of Dudley Mountain Road, is proposed to lose 3.26 acres to an adjacent
property, TMP 08900-00-00-063D0. That property is owned by Kevin Lee Evans and Melanie Evans. The residual acreage
of the property owned by Helen Evans will stand at approximately 167.46 acres, according to the subdivision plat.
Please let me know if I should swing by your office to talk about the plat in person or if you need any more info
appreciate any help you can give in regard to this project!
