LETTER OF REVISION — Sunset Overlook Final Site Plan (SUB 2016-03) Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the approved Sunset Overlook final site plan. This plan proposes to install a sign at the entrance to the Sunset Overlook development. In addition, this plan proposes to reduce the tree preservation area by the entrance to allow enough space for the entry sign. Attached is the letter of revision which shows the proposed changes. This is the first letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of three (3) letters of revision are allowed.
