Dear Mr. Collins,
This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated April 7, 2017. The Department of
Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the following modifications,which are
depicted on the attached sheet titled: "Sunset Overlook-Letter of Revision#1"and described below:
1. Removal of the tree preservation area in Open Space B.
This is the first LOR for this site. Three LORs are allowed, after which all required changes must be
submitted as a site plan amendment.

RE: LETTER OF REVISION—Sunset Overlook Final Site Plan(SUB 2016-03)
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the approved Sunset Overlook final site plan.This
plan proposes to install a sign at the entrance to the Sunset Overlook development. In addition,this plan
proposes to reduce the tree preservation area by the entrance to allow enough space for the entry sign.
Attached is the letter of revision which shows the proposed changes.
This is the first letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three (3) letters of revision are allowed.

Attached is the approval package for the above ref LOR request.
Please note that this LOR does not approve your sign, you still need to make a sign application.
The revision to the plan affects the final subdivision plat, the WPO, and the open space/forestall
agreement...assure all documents account for the reduced tree preservation area onsite.
