I will let you know once we are ready to approve. I will go ahead and let you know that we would like to see some movement on dedication of the FHA prior to approving the LOR. If the applicant can start the easement plat and deed for review (transmitted to the ACSA PM for this project) it would satisfy this comment. Are Victoria's representations for the RWSA in her email enough for the County to confirm that it will grant our LOR if I deliver the Encroachment Agreement, which I have already signed, to them? The email below does not constitute such an approval. Victoria's email guides you as follows: "...so at this point, we are just waiting on the signed agreement. Once we have this in hand, we can approve the proposed modifications to the site plan involving the RWSA water line. " Please submit that signed document to Victoria. As you know, based on our experience throughout this ordeal with them, although I have already rebuilt the canopy as demountable, I have been cautious to deliver the signed agreement until I know that they cannot come back and add yet another requirement, as a condition of their support of the LOR, after they have the executed document. Once you submit the document to Victoria and you receive tentative approval of request improvements in their easement, please submit another LOR application and we'll push it through to RWSA for their approval. I signed and notarized that new version as well, delivering a copy to my attorney and,recently,to the County.Before sending the signed copy to you I asked the County a simple question: "As I have already modified the canopy to make it demountable,when I deliver the signed Encroachment agreement to the RWSA will the County grant my LOR". In response the County told me that they had reached out multiple times to the RWSA to confirm that the RWSA will support the LOR as soon as you have the executed Encroachment Agreement in hand. They tell me that they never received a response from the RWSA-so time ran out on the LOR.As soon as you confirm those are your only two conditions for support(the demountable canopy and the executed Encroachment Agreement)they should let me know that once I have delivered the EA into your hands the will approve the LOR.Hopefully,by this email you have done that. I'm back in town on Monday,but will confirm with the County tomorrow.Assuming we are back on track and all on the same page for LOR approval,I can get the executed EA to you-it's been sitting,signed,on my desk since February 19th.
