If the applicant can start the easement plat and deed for review (transmitted to the ACSA PM for this project) it would satisfy this comment. The email below does not constitute such an approval. Victoria's email guides you as follows: "...so at this point, we are just waiting on the signed agreement. Once we have this in hand, we can approve the proposed modifications to the site plan involving the RWSA water line. " Please submit that signed document to Victoria. As you know, based on our experience throughout this ordeal with them, although I have already rebuilt the canopy as demountable, I have been cautious to deliver the signed agreement until I know that they cannot come back and add yet another requirement, as a condition of their support of the LOR, after they have the executed document. Once you submit the document to Victoria and you receive tentative approval of request improvements in their easement, please submit another LOR application and we'll push it through to RWSA for their approval.
