Thank you for the response to comments yesterday.
• You were of course correct about#1.
• Thank you for the clarification on#2.
• In reference to#3 we will accept that. What you have submitted will fix a violation I'm about to mention. In
researching your response I was told that the plat DB 869 PG 213 (produced by others) should never have been
recorded for at least two reasons.
Since you have satisfied all the comments, as usual, please:
1. Submit two or more signed/sealed plats to the Community Development front desk to my attention.
2. There is then a last check of the plat and if all is well then they are signed by a County
representative. The County will keep one signed original.
3. I will then call you to let you know once the rest of the signed originals are ready for your pick up.

Hi Paty,
I received your comments yesterday (dated March 13, 2017) on the Crawford project.
1. This property is not subject to the 31 acre rule because there was a division of the property (Lot 2,
T.M. 32-24W1) in 1985.
2. The submitted plat represents a survey of the property with the deed book references
(documentation) listed.
There has been a dedication for the improvement of State Route 785 from the plat recorded in
D.B. 867-212.
The gis website is incorrect.
3. The plat recorded in D.B. 867-212 proposed to add the strip of land over to Parcel 24W. However,
there was no deed recorded conveying the strip of land.
That strip of land is still a part of Parcel 24 today. A plat without a deed of conveyance does not
transfer ownership.
The submitted plat represents a Boundary Line Adjustment to add that strip along with some
additional land (Parcel W)to T.M. 32-24W1.
Please review this again at your earliest convenience and let us know when the plat is ready for
owners signatures.
