Do you know by any chance if it was sent electronically or as a hard copy? Ultimately we get the hard copy back, but sometimes they send a document attached in an email first. Because they seem to have tried to send it to me two weeks ago I'm wondering if we aren't seeing a problem with an email address being wrong. In that case I would think that I would have at least received the hard copy by now though. I will reach out to VDH again, and include Travis this time. Please find attached a pdf copy of the plat showing an overlay of the critical slopes and a building site on the residue. 2. Steve Gooch will be providing the Soils Report. 3. The second building on the residue lot was over 100' from the proposed lot line. However, it no longer exists. 5 %1110 '440 4. The GIS map is incorrect. There is not another building between the metal building on Parcel 35G and the property line. 5. A dimension has been added from the mobile home to the proposed lot line at L7 & L8 (29.4'). 6. The metal building shown on Parcel W that is 22.5 feet from the proposed property line is an accessory building. There are existing dwellings on Revised T.M. 84-35F. Since it has a 3rd lot using an existing 50' Private Street Easement I belatedly realized you should see it. I think you were part of the pre-app for this plat on 8/15/16. In that preapp we discussed the 150' distance, which they have shown on the plat, for the portion of road that will serve all three residences. I will also put a hard copy in your box, but I thought since I was late getting this to you sending it also be PDF in an email might help.
