Hi Steve,
The plats have been signed, but I wanted to verify that a mylar was not submitted. We have three 18"x24" copies here.
Just let me know if you want a signed mylar and you can drop that off to me for signatures. Otherwise, you can pick up
the plats after 3 PM today.

A PDF will be fine since there's only one small item that needs to be changed. I'll take a look as soon as I receive it, and

I just checked County View and it's showing up as the second review being completed on 5/3. Here is the response I sent
to Mike that day. The application is still listed as "Under Review" on the first page/tab in County View because we don't
change that status until it is approved/denied/withdrawn, etc. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Mike,
I have finished reviewing the revised plats for this boundary line adjustment. The only comment I have is this:
1. 14-302 (A)(1) - Please revise the Project Title to state only the parcel numbers for the lots being
adjusted. It currently mentions Tax Map Parcels 32-41L1 and 41L which are the parent tract parcel
numbers. Revision 1: Comment Addressed.
2. 14-302 (A)(3) — Please give the deed book and page number of the instrument that created and
recorded Firewood Circle. Revision 1: Comment Addressed.
3. 14-302 (A)(11) —The instrument referenced in the Statement of Title, DB 4556, Page 211, does not
contain a plat that created Lots 12-17 in Block C4. Please provide the deed book and page number where the
original lot boundaries were created. Revision 1: Comment not fully addressed. The new deed for Lot 11 (DB
4890, pages 379-383) and Lots 12-17 (DB 4896, pages 201-207) gives a suite number for the new owner
address. Please add "Suite 1100" to the owner address under the consent to division.
Y. 14-302 (B)(5) — Please amend Note #5. Block 4 lies within the PD -MC Zoning District and the Airport
Impact Area (AIA) Overlay District. Also state the subject properties are subject to the proffers and Code of
Development per ZMA2013-04. Revision 1: Comment Addressed.
5. 14-302 (B)(6) — Please state the full TMP numbers for lots 12-17 in Block C4. Revision 1: Comment
Addressed.
6. 14-303 (A) — Please amend the statement of consent to division. The TMPs referenced should be the full
TMPs for Lots 12-17 in Block C4. Revision 1: Comment Addressed.
7. 14-303 (B) and 14-303(F) — Please remove Block C6 from the Project Title. All six lots are located in Block
C4. Revision 1: Comment Addressed.
8. 14-303 (C) — The arc length measurements given in the Boundary Curve Table for curves C6 and C7 do
not add up to the length given for curve C3. Please verify that the length measurements given are
correct. Revision 1: Comment Addressed.
9. 14-303 (D) —The overall Area Calculations on Sheet 1 do not match. The original area of Lots 12-17
measures a combined 0.215 acres, but the proposed acreage is 0.217 acres. Is this additional area being taken
from an adjoining parcel such as Lot 11 or Open Space B? Revision 1: Comment Addressed.
10. 14-303 (H) — Please state the materials of the two boundary marks found on Open Space B. Revision 1:
Comment Addressed.
Once the address is fixed, you can go ahead and submit a copy of the plat with notarized owner signatures for approval.

Here are my comments for the boundary line adjustment plat mentioned above. Please let me know if you have any
additional questions.
