Source of title: DB 3854 page 28, DB 4758 page 504. 2. These parcels shown are in flood Zones X and AE as shown on F.I.R.M. 51003CO520D. 3. The parcels are zoned RA. 4. Tax Map 136 Parcel 9F (12.511 acres) is assigned 2 development rights and may be further divided. Parcel 9 retains one development right and maybe further divided. When divided it shall not consume more than 7.409 acres. 5. There are no known groves, objects or structures marking a place of burial on the properties. 6. The minimum building setbacks are: 75' from external public road easements, 25' from internal public/private roads, 25' from side property lines, and 35' from rear property line. 7.
