So I hope to have my review done by 6/24/16. I would try to get it sooner, but there are many other submissions that came in before this one. Another factor is that I only received the draft of the maintenance agreement today. That has to be evaluated by our attorney's office. So they likely would not have that done prior to the end of next week either. Hopefully that won't take longer than my review. These should be as Steve and I discussed yesterday afternoon. I've also updated the development rights comment to give you more information for these parcels. I have also attached to this email the 1979 Tax Map Parcel map for the subject parcels and a deed and plat for TMP 63-33D that shows the development rights for TMP 63-33 in its notes, which I mention in the updated comments. See the updated comments for more information. Steve in reference to your question on challenging the location of the stream and the need for a stream buffer, Bill Fritz said that in order to challenge the location of the stream you need to work with the County Engineer. A new County Engineer (Frank Pohl) will start work this coming Wednesday. If you need to discuss 1 *MO %4110 this earlier than Wednesday then Mark Graham (Director of Community Development) is the acting County Engineer until next then. Also,just for reference,that stream shows up on the 1979 Tax Map. So it has been considered a stream for some time. If you have any question please let me know. In SUB201600086, online GIS shows a stream and stream buffer in TMP 63-33C. Mr. Garrett says there is no stream. There is only a ditch that water runs into. He says he knows this from his own work and from discussion with the owner. They do not want to show it on the plat. If they feel that the stream and stream buffer are in error how to they challenge it?
