Sincerely, k � ir, . 1 David Benish Chief of Planning *Attachment* RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR ZMA 2016-00018 LUCAS- 1278 CROZET AVENUE WHEREAS,the Owner of Tax Map Parcel Number 056A1-01-00-11800 (the"Property")filed a request for a special exception in conjunction with ZMA 2016-00018 Lucas— 1278 Crozet Avenue to waive the requirement of County Code § 18-4.2.1(a)to allow the creation of a lot with a building site composed of land to be located within a stream buffer under County Code Chapter 17. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that, upon consideration of the foregoing,the staff report prepared in conjunction with the rezoning application,the Applicant's special exception request and staff's supporting analysis of that request, and all of the factors relevant to the special exception in Albemarle County Code §§ 18-4.2.1(a) and(b), 18-33.5, and 18-33.9,the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the special exception to waive the requirement of County Code § 18-4.2.1.a(a)to allow the creation of a lot with a building site composed of land to be located within a stream buffer under County Code Chapter 17, subject to the condition attached hereto.
