Perez Re: Granite Park Apartments Letter of Revision Site Plan SDPI99600109 Mr, Perez: We are writing to request changes to the existing 2,000 square foot leasing office and clubhouse building at the Granite Park Apartments, 2407 Peyton Drive. We propose to create two small additions of approximately 300 square feet each, and one small addition of approximately 50 square feet. The existing split level building contains leasing offices, two small fitness equipment spaces for the residents, and an open club space for residents. One addition will expand a fitness area to consolidate the separate fitness equipment areas into one space and provide a new accessible washroom. Another addition will expand the leasing office by taking the space of an existing covered portico, provide an accessible staff washroom, and contain a new exterior covered portico at the entrance. The third smaller addition will improve internal circulation and provide an after-hours entrance into the new fitness area. The existing building is one story with a small utility room basement, and the proposed additions are one story in height as well. The existing building contains five plumbing fixtures: two washrooms and one bar sink. We propose to add five more plumbing fixtures in two new washrooms and one janitor sink, bringing the total count to ten.
