To the County Engineer:
I am the building representative for Seminole North, LLC and the building is located at
4257 Seminole Trail (TMP# 03200-00-00-005130) and am writing this letter on behalf of
Charlottesville Classic Cars (CCC) which is moving from the City of Charlottesville to
this property which is zoned light industrial. Charlottesville Classic Cars replaces old
parts on classic cars, sometimes refurbishes old parts and then paints the vehicle or some
portion of it.
We have addressed the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance Section 18-4.14 as
follows:
Noise: The operation will not create any sounds/noises that will exceed the values in
Section 18-4.14. The only major source of noise is truck deliveries of car parts (but no
tractor trailers).
Vibration: CCC operates no equipment other than a small air compressor.
Glare: CCC's operations are completely within the building. The interior lighting
associated with the operation does not produce glare that is visible beyond the lot line.
Air Pollution: There will be a very limited amount of welding but this will not create any
significant air pollution.
Water Pollution: No liquid wastes will be generated.
Radioactivity: There are no radioactive materials being used or generated.

Electrical Interference: CCC's operation does not have any equipment that generates any
electrical disturbances.
