Toney,
Since the only requirement was mitigation, and the project is under 10,000 sf, you can begin construction. Even though
a ESC is not required, I'll ask that you please ask your contractor to employ BMPs (best management practices) for
erosion and sediment control, considering this work is within 2 'streams'.
Don't hesitate to let me know if you need anything further.
Sincerely,
Frank

Good morning Frank,
Thanks so much for sending out the inspector. Johnny said yesterday that everything looked good. How
do we move forward from this point? Is it ok to install the two crossings now? Will you send us something in writing saying
it's ok to start? Thank you Frank for all of your help!!
Toney

Toney,
I will have our inspector contact you to confirm the plants are installed. If everything is in order, we will approve the plan
so the permit can be issued.
Sincerely,
Frank

Good morning Frank,
Thanks so much for all of your help. The planting of the trees per the mitigation plan has been
completed. The plan number is WPO201700007. The tax parcel ID is 04800-00-00-05200. The property is a little hard
to find on Stony Point Pass. I will be home most of the day and live close to the property. If the inspector would like to
follow me to the property and open the gate for them, I could meet them at Stony Point School or Stony Point Fire
Department. what ever time would suit them will work for me. If this will help? please don't hesitate to call me 434-973-
5050. (Please let me know you received this Frank)
Yea!!!!!! We can start our work as soon as this gets inspected. Thanks so much again.
Toney
