Colleen please correct me if I am wrong
Heather
1. There is no raceway the letters are mounted directly to the building
2. The letters will be perforated blue so they will be blue during the day and white at night. The blue vinyl is opaque.
Thanks,
Matt Gallienne

Subject: ARB2017-47 One Main Financial Sign at Rio Hills Shopping Center
Hi Ms. Lawson,
I've received the aforementioned sign application because the property in question lies within an Entrance Corridor; therefore, it must comply with the ARB's criteria and
standards as established by the Sign Guidelines. Before I can complete my review of this application, I need clarification on some details:
1. Will the channel letters be individually pin -mounted or mounted on a raceway?
2. You've provided three options for the lettering: Blue Perforated Vinyl, White Acrylic, an non -illuminated plate letters painted PMS 288-C; which of the three are you
asking for? Please clarify whether the first two (presumably illuminated) options will have translucent or opaque faces.
Please respond to these questions by email. Also, for your information, the Rio Hills Shopping Center has a comprehensive sign program, which I have attached to this email for
your reference.
Thanks,
